Our house espresso is produced by Alcidez Avendano, on his farm in Huila Colombia, and roasted exclusively for our cafe by our good friends and neighbours Calendar Coffee. We are incredibly fortunate to be able to work directly with the farm where our coffee is produced, and doing so ensures traceability, sustainability and quality.
Expect a complex and balanced espresso, with notes of chocolate and citrusy sweetness - a reflection of the unique terroir of Huila. We hope you enjoy!

This Natural Ethiopian comes by way of Asefa Dukamo of Daye Bensa and their highest elevated region, Keramo. Sidama is world renowned for producing some of the best coffee in all of Ethiopia, and so is Daye Bensa. In 2020, the Keramo site won 7th place in the Cup of Excellence, in 2021 8th place, and in 2022, 2nd place! This lot is oustanding, as we've come to expect from them. Expect a ripe, floral coffee with notes of blueberry, strawberry, and jasmine!

He runs an advanced coffee processing facility that is producing loud and wild experimental lots, and fun fruit-forward naturals like this one. This particular lot is a great example of the benefit of monitored and well-executed drying, all of the fruit with none of the funk! Expect notes of pomegranate, blood orange, & raisin

A stunning coffee, from Jhoan Vergara in Colombia. An anaerobic washed, Red Bourbon and roasted for filter. This coffee has a super sweet taste profile, with notes of pink gummies, lollipop and vanilla cake!
